Details
Hatton Garden jeweller Anais Rose, is an award winning bespoke jeweller specialising in custom made enagagment rings.
Challenge
Anais Rose came to see us, as their current website wasn't getting them any leads. They had plenty of commissions through word of mouth recommendations, but the site traffic was low; It wasn't making them any money. A UX audit showed a site overloaded with copy and keywords, but a severe lack of emotive language and imagery - there was nothing for the customer to connect to.
Goal
A full redesign of the website, that focused on storytelling of the bespoke process and the amazing proposal stories from Sam's clients. The SEO was overhauled including a rewrite of all website copy to remove duplicating text, which would have a negative effect on Google ranking.
Result
A website that speaks to the heart.
